#Empathetic Management
As a manager, I deeply value the time spent connecting with my team. I believe that great team building starts with a simple word of encouragement.
As my role expanded, I stepped into a management position overseeing a team of six—a change that has brought both new challenges and rewards. Because some of my team members work remotely or at different sites, I occasionally find communication to be a unique challenge. That’s exactly why I make a conscious effort to reach out to them, setting aside time to talk with each member at least once a month. Even when I ask, 'Do you have any concerns?', people might not open up right away. However, I believe that once trust is built, they gradually begin to share their true thoughts.Just as the senior members at SUN have done for me, I strive to support my team members and work with them to find solutions. I deeply value this approach to collaboration and dedicate myself to building the team every day.
#Career so far
Leveraging my experience to expand my professional scope.
Before joining SUN, I spent about six years at a travel agency working in system maintenance and operations. While my primary focus was ensuring the stability of day-to-day operations, as I continued in the role, I became increasingly curious about how data is used and how it translates into value.Currently, I am part of the data infrastructure team within the data science department at a client company. I am responsible for defining requirements and managing vendors, always focusing on how to best prepare the data used for analysis. This past April marked six and half years since I joined the company. Building on my past operational experience, I feel that I am gradually taking on new challenges in different areas. Lately, I have noticed more and more instances where the scope of my responsibilities has expanded.
