Salary
Monthly salary: 250,000 to 600,000 yen*Include fixed overtime pay
【Selectable Salary System】
1. Process-Based Plan (For steady salary growth)
Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 to ¥500,000
*Based on your age, experience, and daily dedication to your work.
2. Commission-Based Plan (For maximizing rewards based on experience & skill)
Monthly Salary: ¥275,000 to ¥600,000
*Based on project revenue and contract figures.

¥5,000,000 / Age 28 (4 years of experience / Process-Based Plan)
¥6,000,000 / Age 32 (9 years of experience / Commission-Based Plan)
¥6,300,000 / Age 37 (12 years of experience / Process-Based Plan)

Salary increase & Bonuses
- Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)
- Salary raise:Twice a year(January and July)

- Transportation expenses (Up to ¥35,000/month)
