Duties and Responsibilities You will be responsible for sales activities and talent matching within the growing IT industry. This is a role where you can fully leverage your interpersonal and communication skills to understand client needs and propose the ideal engineers for their projects.
  • New client Sales & Consultations(via inquiry forms and cold calling).
  • Business consultations (hearing project overviews, required skill sets, personality preferences, and technical challenges).
  • Talent Matching & Interview Coordination
  • Selecting suitable candidates in collaboration with partner companies
  • Coordinating and facilitating matching interviews between clients and engineers
  • Candidate Management & Evaluation
  • Managing communications, screening, and evaluating potential candidates
  • Updating candidate lists.
  • Post-Assignment Follow-ups & Recruitment Support
  • Conducting regular check-ins and support meetings with assigned engineers to ensure smooth project retention
  • Supporting recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives
  • Sales Administration
  • Preparing and managing sales documents (quotes, invoices, and contracts)

Salary Monthly salary: 250,000 to 600,000 yen*Includes a fixed overtime allowance (52,700–66,700 yen, 30 hours/month)

  • ¥4,400,000 / Second year at the company(3 years experience / bonus / incentive)
  • ¥5,800,000 / 4 year at the company(7 years experience / bonus / incentive)

  • Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)
