System Engineer/Programmer
Duties and Responsibilities
After the training, we will assign you to a project based on your preferences and aptitude, and you will start by working alongside senior employees on tasks such as testing, system operation, and monitoring. With their support, you will gradually acquire new skills and advance in your role as you gain practical experience.
After that, I’ll take on more specialized tasks, such as development and infrastructure setup.

- Web & App Development: Web application development using Java, Python, React, etc
- Cloud Infrastructure: Cloud environment construction and operation (AWS / Azure)
- Network & Server Foundation: Network/server maintenance, operation, and monitoring
- Enterprise Systems: Development and testing of business systems for major corporate clients

Duties designated by the company (Subject to change within the scope of IT technical operations, administration, or related roles based on performance and organizational needs)
Eligibility
Students scheduled to graduate in the fiscal years 2027 or 2028 from any of the following institutions:
Graduate School / University / College of Technology (Kosen) / Junior College / Vocational School
Skills & Experience:
No professional IT work experience required.

Permanent Employee *Probationary Period: 6 months(Same benefits)

Salary
Regardless of educational background
Monthly salary:245,000~**Includes a fixed overtime allowance (35,933 yen, 20 hours/month)
- ¥5,000,000 / Age 28 (4 years of experience / Process-Based Plan)
- ¥6,300,000 / Age 37 (12 years of experience / Process-Based Plan)
- ¥6,000,000 / Age 32 (9 years of experience / Commission-Based Plan)
Salary increase & Bonuses
- Bonus: Twice a year (July and December)
- Salary raise:Twice a year(January and July)
*No bonus in the first year

- Transportation expenses (Up to ¥35,000/month)
- Certification Allowance (¥5,000 – ¥40,000/month)*Over 80 types
