When my baby was born, I really wanted to take a child-care leave. No man at SUN took a 1-year leave before. Our sales team worked very hard to check my schedule. But the company said 'YES' easily and happily! I am so grateful to everyone.
My wife and I worked together to watch our baby grow every day. This one year was the best treasure of my life! Because of this beautiful time, I want to work harder for my family now. My heart is full of energy for my job!

From a Different World to a 10-Year Career Using My Skills to Support the Next Generation
After graduating from high school, I worked in a completely different industry, but hearing about programming at that job sparked my interest in the development side of things, which led me to pursue a career as an engineer. At the time, my knowledge was limited to typing and basic Excel functions, but I acquired the necessary skills on the job, starting from scratch.
Now, with over 10 years of experience as an engineer, I work with a wide range of technologies, from backend systems to cloud computing.
Since joining SUN, I have been leveraging my extensive experience to focus primarily on design work. Currently, in addition to writing code myself, I play a role in supporting the entire team by creating an environment that allows junior engineers to develop software smoothly and without hesitation.
