A fresh start after a four-year hiatus, surrounded by warm support
I am currently stationed at a telecommunications client’s office, working on testing tasks. I’ve been at this site for about three years. Since SUN has assigned a team of four to this project, I can focus on my work in a calm environment without carrying all the responsibility alone.Furthermore, our sales staff and managers always check in on me. Their warmth and support give me the confidence to handle any situation in my daily work.Although I was starting from scratch after my career break, this amazing support system helped me get back into the rhythm of work smoothly.

SUN focused on my present self, not my history. That kind and welcoming process was my deciding factor.
After working as an engineer for six years, she took a four-year break due to personal reasons, during which she worked part-time. She wanted to return to a full-time engineering role but felt very anxious. That was when an acquaintance introduced her to SUN.
The interview process back then was very welcoming. Rather than judging her just by her resume, they truly listened to who she was and how she wanted to work in the future. For her, wanting to return to full-time work, this sincere approach was deeply comforting.
Starting with the president, the company is full of cheerful and positive people. I felt strongly that she would enjoy working with them, which is why she decided to join. She has never once regretted her decision and truly feels it was the right choice.

At SUN, the strong bonds between colleagues create a comfortable work environment and fair evaluations. Because our sales team and managers always stay in close touch with us at client sites, even our small daily achievements are noticed by the company. Another great thing is our unique salary system. It values basic efforts, like never being late or absent, as a true part of our commitment.
Now, I work as a sub-leader for the testing team and help assign tasks to members. I never thought I would care about management, but I found out it’s actually very interesting. Lately, the executives even asked me if I would like to step up to a sub-manager role for the organization.
At SUN, people really look at your efforts. This environment helped me find a new version of myself, and now I am truly enjoying every new challenge.
