Our initiatives on the potential of the IT industry through the “Japan Bangladesh IT Association”, where our company serves as deputy director, were introduced by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in its “Business News”, which provides the latest business news from around the world.

 ■ The Potential of Bangladesh’s IT Industry for Japanese Companies
Bangladesh’s IT industry is experiencing rapid growth, offering significant business opportunities for Japanese companies. Approximately 20,000 IT graduates enter the workforce each year, providing a rich talent pool. The country also enables high-quality IT outsourcing at a low cost. Additionally, government tax incentives and ongoing infrastructure improvements are creating a business-friendly environment that facilitates the entry of Japanese companies.

The “Japan Bangladesh IT Association” was established to improve the economic, social, and national life of Bangladesh and Japan through communication between the public and private sectors in both countries. By supporting Japanese companies to expand their business in Bangladesh, we aim to build a high quality IT society in Bangladesh and Japan. As a first project, we are running a project called “Japan Valley” to support companies considering expansion into Bangladesh.
