SUN spoke at JETRO’s Bangladesh Business Seminar

The Bangladesh Business Seminar, hosted by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), was held on June 18, 2026, at the Embassy of Bangladesh in Tokyo.

At the seminar, Nakasone, President & CEO of SUN Co., Ltd and Vice Representative Director of the Japan Bangladesh IT Association (JBITA), spoke about SUN’s direct business development in Bangladesh, the country’s growing IT industry, and its highly skilled IT talent.

■Highlights from the Seminar
The seminar opened with welcome remarks from the Ambassador of Bangladesh to Japan, followed by presentations from Bangladeshi government officials and the President of the Japan Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JBCCI), who shared insights into Bangladesh’s economy and business environment.

Representing SUN, CEO Nakasone introduced the company’s business initiatives in Bangladesh and highlighted the country’s strengths as an IT destination, including its rapidly growing technology sector and talented IT professionals.

The seminar concluded with a Q&A session, where participants actively exchanged ideas and discussed business collaboration opportunities.
